REMINDER: High school and middle school volleyball sign-up for student athletes and/or parents. Any girls, or parents of girls grade 6-12 interested in participating in volleyball this fall please stop in the main gym between 4pm and 6pm, tomorrow, Tuesday August 4th. There will be schedules to pick up and an opportunity for parents to sign up for booster club work times. We will also collect any physical or interim paperwork you need done before the first practice. If you or your child cannot make it, please contact Coach Bures (605)228-3354.
Bon Homme Schools would like to introduce Ms. Tara Sutera as the new 2026 Competitive Cheer coach.
To kick off the 2026 season there will be an introduction meeting on Monday, August 3rd at 5:30 in the Main gym for those athletes and parents who plan on participating this season.
Physical and consent forms are available in the District office and will be available at the meeting on Monday.

August 11: Springfield Elementary Open House from 6:00 to 7:00 PM
August 12: Tyndall Elementary Open House from 6:00 to 7:00 PM

#1 – Track meet scheduled for tomorrow in Platte has been postponed until Saturday, May 9th
#2 – HOME softball scheduled for tomorrow against McCook Central has been postponed. Make-up date TBD
#3 – HOME Howard Taplett MS track meet scheduled for next Monday, April 27th, has been postponed until Monday, May 4th

The school board meeting on February 23 is just for superintendent interviews and to hire a softball coach. There will be no Town Hall meeting that evening. There will be a Town Hall meeting on March 5 at 6 PM in Tyndall.

We will have a 12:30 dismissal today for our students. The Title bingo event for tonight has been postponed, with a date to be determined. High school activities are voluntary tonight and will be done by 3:00.

On November 8 at 1:00 to 3:30 PM, Mr. Goeden will have a parent/guardian and student meeting for drama and auditions for the one act play to follow. The meeting will be in Springfield, and it is open to all students in seventh to twelfth grade.

There will be a flu shot clinic tomorrow at the Springfield school from 1:00 to 2:00 and at the Tyndall school from 9:30 to 11:30.

On October 27, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM in the main gym at Tyndall, the Bon Homme School District will have an informational and town hall meeting on our facility plan. Tom Oster will lead the presentation, followed by a Q&A session. The facility assessment and the cost estimate for updates are on the school district website.
