HOLIDAY ASSISTANCE BON HOMME SCHOOL DISTRICT
The Bon Homme County Ministerial Association and Community Service Organizations in Springfield, Tabor, and Tyndall often ask the school for names of families who might need extra assistance during the holidays. This assistance is usually in the form of food, gifts and Toys for Tots to family members. In compliance with confidentiality considerations, Bon Homme School District would like to have parental/guardian permission to submit names to those organizations.
If you would like your family’s name submitted, please complete the attached information sheet
and return it to your child’s school secretary by October 1.
If you prefer to call the school secretary with the information, you may do that instead.
