5131.1 - Procedure for Dealing with Serious Misconduct
A procedure for dealing with serious misconduct shall be developed and published in the student handbooks. This procedure should be reviewed at least annually. The suggestions for revisions or modifications that result from this review should be presented to the Board at their regular June meeting or at any other time that is deemed necessary.
